Eight bison producers herded together to create the
Minnesota Premium Bison Cooperative. By pooling their resources and developing rigid requirements the
Cooperative presents to its customers consistent, flavorful buffalo meat products available in large
volume throughout the entire year.
Minnesota Premium Bison Cooperative has set high product standards and prohibits the use of growth
hormones, non-therapeutic antibiotics, and steroids. Each batch of ground product is tested for e-coli prior to processing.
Members choosing to consign their breeding stock to shows have all received multiple trophies
reinforcing their commitment to top quality animals for meat production.
